Emily Paskin

This will be my third year teaching at Galmpton Primary School, having returned from maternity leave. Having previously taught here in year 3, I am looking forward to the change of pace of teaching in year 1. Prior to completing my PGCE in Primary Education at the University of Exeter, I worked as an environmental instructor for children aged 4-18 years in North Norfolk and the Forest of Dean at various activity centres. I have also worked as a green energy advisor for EDF Energy, advising both home owners and businesses in everything from energy efficiency to renewable technologies. This follows on from completing an Environmental Science degree at the University of East Anglia.

In my spare time I enjoy getting out and about with my son and husband walking, running and exploring the beautiful Devon countryside, and also have recently been putting my DIY skills to the test in our whole house renovation.
