This is my 14th year at Galmpton Primary School and my 20th year in teaching. My passion is within Early Years and I am looking forward to having the privilege to teach your children and see them grow and flourish in their first year of school life. 

 

I have lived in the bay my whole life and our wonderful village of Galmpton for the past 14years. I have two children who have both flourished at Galmpton Primary School and have now moved onto Secondary Education. 

 

In my spare time, I like to run and take part in pilates classes. My two children are extremely sporty and enjoy football and golf! As a family, we enjoy weekend walks exploring our beautiful coastline and countryside.

This will be my third year of teaching within the ACE trust and I have been teaching in Early Years for over 20 years. I feel incredibly proud to be part of an outstanding team who are committed to helping each and every child reach their full potential and grow as rounded individuals. Children’s first year in school is always a magical one and helping them to embark on that journey as they grow and develop is such a privilege.

I have lived in Torbay my whole life and always knew that this is where I would want to raise a family so that they could also experience our amazing coastlines.

I am lucky enough to be Mum to two amazing children and I love spending quality time with them. My daughter has an artistic flair and loves to draw and read; whereas my son is a football fanatic, taking his role as goal keeper for his local football team very seriously. When I have time to relax I also love to read, jog, swim and go for walks. This year I am determined to practise my skills of paddle boarding!
