Dear Parent / Carer
Following school closure we will not be providing daily "meals" for collection.
A week's worth of "lunch ingredients" will be made available to those who have a genuine need of this facility. A parcel will be made available for collection. This is for children entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals (KS1) or Local Authority (means tested) Free School Meals.
Please email gpslunches@acexcellence.co.uk before midday today if you require this service for this coming week. Packages will be made available to collect at 3pm today following delivery of goods.
Please then email on a Thursday to confirm if you require a parcel for the following week.
Children of Key Workers who are in school are ordering in school, on the day.
We will not be using ParentPay going forward as we cannot be sure that all families have cancelled previously pre-ordered lunches.
