Dear Parents and Carers,
the messaging service to parents that we use has crashed due to all schools trying to get messages out at the same time!
We now need to begin collating information for those pupils who need to be in school as a result of being in a key worker family group or a vulnerable group. The guidance for these groups is contained on the attached form.
If you require your child/ren to be in school from Wednesday because you fall into one of the school place groups please complete the attached form and return to:
gpsprovision@acexcellence.co.uk.
At this stage we are unable to say whether we can offer all children with a key worker parent a place, but we will do our very best to give as many places as possible within the guidelines. Please give as much detail as you can around your role if you're seeking a place. We will not be able to offer a place unless this form is completed. If completing the form is problematic please return the information in an email to the above email address. We will then endeavour to contact you by the end of the school day tomorrow with further information.
